  Made the drive from Boise and within the first 5 minutes we had 3 salesmen asking to help us. But from there, service went downhill. Returned home and called to ask them if they could research a sofa I was interested locally. No call back, no followup.
  Buy local, don't waste your time making the trip.....local has better quality from what I saw.

  We shopped all over the valley for furniture and could not settle on a living room set we liked. We made the drive to Parma and found a set we liked. We purchased it and they delivered it to our home. After a few weeks there were some things with the couch we were not happy with, Parma Furniture went above and beyond their obligation to do everything they could to take care of us. They ended up making it right with us after making multiple attempts to make adjustments to our satisfaction and treated us better than we deserved. Parma Furniture is a group of people truly dedicated to providing excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.
